The course of my professional path has been perennially guided by asking myself: How can I best be of service? While my answers to this question are forever evolving, the inquiry never fails to bring me back to a deeply held desire to support others in healing. The methods that I have found to be the most effective through my own personal experience are those that I wish to share with my community.
As an experienced yoga teacher, licensed massage therapist, and Grief Recovery Method Specialist, I have practiced and studied a variety of healing, coaching, breath and bodywork modalities.

I believe massage is a shared practice — a collaboration between two people who agree to slow down, breathe, and listen to what the body needs most. My role is to help you meet that need — sometimes through deep release, sometimes through subtle stillness — but always through presence and respect for your comfort.
I trained at Source Institute in Fort Walton Beach, Florida, completing my professional massage certification in 2022. I also hold credentials in Thai Massage from Zion Massage College and advanced Fascial Counterstrain training through the Jones Institute. Together, these approaches allow me to blend structure with intuition, creating a session that feels both therapeutic and relaxing.
My touch is firm but mindful, working right to the edge of discomfort without crossing it. I have a wide range of pressure and adapt it to meet your body where it is that day.
I specialize in head, neck, and shoulder work, inspired by my own recovery from whiplash and the headaches that followed. That experience taught me how much healing happens when tension in these areas finally unwinds.
The environment I create is part of the healing itself. I intentionally use white linens, natural elements like wood and stone, and a clean, uncluttered space to encourage excess energy to settle and release.
Whether you come for relief or relaxation my goal is simple: to move you — physically, emotionally, and energetically — so you leave with a sense of peace, clarity, and connection to yourself again.

Claire Lawry
Licensed Massage Therapist (MA# 82572)
I’ve always had a love and calling for helping others and the desire to be as effective and efficient with my care as possible has guided my professional life. I firmly believe in a science and reality rooted practice and my work reflects the trainings I’ve taken to provide the care I find affective for myself. I offer massage with a mix of relaxation, assisted stretching, contract and relax techniques, and structural work influenced by myoskeletal bodywork and Thai massage. My sessions are specialized to each individual and their unique areas of concern.

I received my massage license in the summer of 2016 and through my years of practice I have continued to grow and evolve my style with each new training and learning opportunity. This work has taken me all over the country and the world and I am eternally grateful to be able to offer my sessions to the wonderful people of my hometown.
